Using the application

Wildwood AI LLC provides EXIF Data Editor Pro for Windows. You may download and use it for your own lawful photo workflows. Third-party components remain subject to their included licenses and notices; this page does not replace or expand those licenses.

Use files you are authorized to access and modify. You are responsible for reviewing changes, maintaining appropriate independent backups, and meeting obligations to clients or the people shown in your images.

Review before writing

Previews, backups, journals, and recovery tools are not substitutes for an independent backup of important work. Metadata support varies by file, camera, and field. Check exact previews and engine notes, and keep space for staging copies and retained originals.

Moving files, changing them elsewhere, deleting backups, cloud placeholders, permissions, or interrupted writes may limit recovery. Let applying finish and review reported errors.

Optional third-party AI

AI comparisons require your own OpenRouter account/key and credits. Provider charges and service terms are between you and that provider. We do not promise third-party availability or fixed pricing.

AI clock estimates may be incorrect. They are starting suggestions, not verified clock readings or guaranteed matches. Inspect the evidence and offsets before applying. You decide whether selected photo previews may be sent to third parties. Read the privacy notice.

Availability and limitations

The software is provided as available, without a guarantee that every format, field, device, or storage workflow will work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular workflow, or freedom from data loss is provided.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wildwood AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or app. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website and downloads

Release details, download links, and instructions may change. Verify the publisher and checksum where supplied. Do not represent altered builds as official Wildwood AI LLC releases. Generated editorial photographs illustrate the workflow; they are not evidence of matching accuracy or actual client results.
